i can’t believe
it’s taken me this long to discover that smoked paprika gives dishes a chorizo-like flavor. this evening it helped my chicken masquerade as a more exciting meat alongside the caramelized onions in my quesadillas, and tomorrow morning it will enhance an omelet. i am using it on EVERYTHING from now on. it’s taking massive amounts of willpower not to sprinkle it all over my pillows tonight.
