When you make holiday cards, you start listening to carols in the summer, watching taped holiday specials before halloween and are generally burned out on Christmas cheer by the time December rolls around. Now that we’re starting to seethe light at the end of the tunnel of cardstock, I can start focusing on the actual holidays. First step, purchasing a purple glitter camel to be our mini nativity (i almost purchased glitter Jesus, but that just seemed wrong). Welcome to our glittery, peacock feather and tinsel filled home Mr. Camel!
i used to adore getting a fresh box of crayons, so i could admire the neat, pointy, colorful rows in it. i absolutely loved that sesame street segment that showed the orange crayons being made.
suffice to say i am slightly obsessed with artist christian faur’s crayon pixel portraits. awesome.

find bicycles aesthetically pleasing.
generally dislike cyclists.
love rocking chairs.
so this is pretty much perfect for me. via thedesignblog.
it’s that time of year again…having spent the past few weekends holed up in sissy’s apartment with the christmas music blasting (while others trick-or-treated outside the window!), we’re finally getting the new holiday cards up on our etsy site. have a spare minute? check ‘em out!
